Includes a FREE in home consultation, 2-3 prenatal visits to discuss any questions and/or concerns, both parents may be feeling in the pregnancy and/or during the process of labor. Visits will allow the doula to establish rapport, which will help verbal or nonverbal communication once active labor begins. Doula will share local resources, discuss nutrition goals and options. Due to the protocol & availability of the hospital staff, the hired doula will provide continuous emotional & physical support so client will never feel alone.
Doula will also provide continuous support at home or at birth center as well!

Induction Massage Therapy
This is a specialty in massage, done only at 39 weeks or after. There are acupressure points that naturally cause uterus to be stimulated without synthetic remedies. These points are specifically done on the shoulders, hand, and feet. Stimulating the uterus will assist on getting labor started. * Must have proof of gestation weeks, or signature release form stating pregnant mom is 39 weeks prior to services.
